CPU Strategy... Found a better solution for me

in CPU Strategy (right clicking on a Character Set lets you open up that option)

I've been using "Round Robin Balancing (Dedicated CPU 1)"

2 days ago I, by chance, selected "Round Robin Balancing" that DOESNT have a dedicated Core to a client.

I have to say, a HUGE difference for me. I multi-box 10 + accounts, depending on the setup that day in EVE and it really helped a ton.

This has worked much better for both my i7 3770 and my AMD FX-8100. So IMO, this is a much better setting.

Re: CPU Strategy... Found a better solution for me

It depends on your CPU vs number of instances; dedicating a core to your main instance is expected to reduce performance on all cores but one, with the goal of improving that one.

You are right that the default suggestion needs to be improved, it needs to determine how well it's spreading the CPU usage and offer the best fit. I am already planning this for ISBoxer 41, currently in beta :)

Thanks for the feedback about this issue
