How to connect 2x gtx 690s

I recently had some kind of mid life crisis and went out and bought 2 of these cards. Problem I have now is how can I connect them to my monitors I only have to 2 Samsung monitors with hdmi connections. the gpu s have a mini display port and some square connections not sure what these are called . Could someone please link me up with the right cables I need thx oh I want one monitor per card if it works like that.
