I have the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC 2GB GDDR5 and get in the Shrine of the two moons with 5 accounts already a lag and drops me under 40 fps! My CPU is i7 3930k @ 4,3 Ghz.

Re: Graphic card help

No, your GPU-Z screenshot shows that your VRAM used is 862MB, well short of your 2GB. GPU load in this screenshot shows 59%. This screenshot is either not taken during a period of lag, or indicates that your GPU is not your bottleneck.

However, your WoW config screenshot shows your multisampling configured at 2x. Setting multisampling to 1x in all windows may have a significant impact.

As an aside, it is extremely useful as a player to have "Projected textures" enabled (currently disabled in your screenshot); this allows you to more easily avoid standing in danger. ;)

Re: Graphic card help

Now I have in the Shrine of the two moons with 5 accounts 55 fps but in combat (stormwind for example) my fps goes down to 20-25 fps. I have tested this with 10 Accounts and i got the same fps! Something is wrong with my PC. With my old GPU (Geforce GTX 570) I have better fps ( not much better, but better) .

Did you know something about that problem?

Re: Graphic card help

I'm unclear whether you are ignoring my previous post or not.

If it happens as soon as you enter combat and you don't think it's related to your performance settings, I might start disabling some Addons to rule them out. Recount is a good example of an Addon that's popular to use, and can cause FPS drops when not updated after patches.

Re: Graphic card help

I have do what you say. And without Addons my fps goes up ( 3-5 fps better). Multisampling is now at 1x.

I think I must change my graphics card: P
