Multiboxing 8 characters lag

Hello
I started multiboxing WOW with 7 characters all druids atm (8th not yet at lvl120)
The problem I encounter is that on my followers especially the last 2-3 I have lag and sometimes I lose them on the way. After a time the problem gets even more visible.
I will also attach an image with temperatures after ~1 hour.

System
ASUS ROG STRIX B360-H GAMING
Intel I7-9700 (watercooling)
32 GB memory
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
Windows on M2 game is loaded from an SSD
Monitor LG 27'' | Ecran IPS | UHD 4K | AMD FreeSync™ | Black Stabilizer | Mod DAS https://www.lg.com/ro/monitoare/lg-27UD69-W#

On ISBoxer setup
Select no CPUs, let the game do it (Dedicate CPU 1) (FPS 60/30) (slots per core 0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0) (cores per slot 0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0)
Put a limit to background and foreground framerate 15/30
The rest is left by default.
All games run with graphics quality at 1 resolution 3840x2160.

Any idea about my problem is more than welcome.
Thank you!

Looks to me like the CPU is maxing out.

Perhaps changing the settings so it is not so busy.

Depending on how you setup the Window layout, you could use a 3D render size which is a bit smaller, but still provides quality (you can specify this in the Window Layout Wizard).

Also worth checking that 1, Anti Aliasing is not set to something silly in the advanced graphics (it is independent of the 1 to 10 slider, and can be on, being of little use). Also make sure the Render Scale is not at something silly, like 200%.

Otherwise, it is going to be about lessening the load.

Try setting all your toons to DirectX 11 Legacy.
And I would imagine Triple buffering of 8 slots x 4k is eating a lot of VRAM.

Certainly the graphics settings look reasonable, although I would definitely try the options of changing the DirectX API. As VRAM is not the issue, I can't see the Triple buffering being a problem.

Other than that, it is going to be a case of check out what is using the resources on the computer. The CPU is being maxed. It will result in lag and other undesirable side effects. It doesn't look like you could do too much to alleviate it, except reduce the amount of things using the CPU, but if you really want to, then tweaking other settings may help. There are certainly others that have run more games on less hardware, but then they compromised immensely on resolution, render scale, and just about every other setting.
