No idea where to begin

i just got the free 7 day trial. Im trying to load up 2 toons and be bale to press 1 through = on both toons at the same time. i tried filling out the info, but my station launcher shortcut says the launcher is in /c:ProgramData i went to my c drive and i dont see Program Data, and i belive this is why im haviong troubles getting this going.
im on windows 7 32bit

ok so i got the oprogram running. I got it so that both my toons were up. if i turn on keybroacasting, all my toons are able to press for example, "1" and it gets sent to all my other swg clients.
When im walking around is when i have a problem. They walk in a straight line, but as soon as i turn with my mouse on my main screen the other toons just keep walking straight and dont turn.
