Cant seem to get ARc to play nice and load my team

I having a bit of trouble loading my team with ARC. When arc loads the second time for the second STO account ARC detects the open STO client and wont let me log out of that instance of ARC. Basically stopping me at that point. I think maybe I need a step by step set up for loading a team with ARC.

I gave up on arc and was able to solve the issue.
