Re: Antivirus labeling Innerspace as malicious
Just as an FYI, this could happen with various antivirus software when Inner Space does an update. (The new version of the software would trigger a re-scan.)
Some antivirus software, probably including AVG and explaining this particular instance, flag software as suspicious if it a) requires Administrator permissions (as Inner Space and ISBoxer do) and b) is unsigned (this is where you run or install it and it says "Unknown publisher" because I haven't paid that particular "Microsoft tax").
Any time you get an alert like this from your AV/security software you should read and try to understand what the threat is that it is trying to report to you. If it says "Unknown threat" then clearly they could do a better job of describing what they detected. If it's a virus of any kind, generally it will provide a sort of code you can look up for more information on the offender, e.g. "W32.SomeVirus"
