Extreme Latency after Driver Update

I just took my PC into Best Buy for a tune up. They updated my drivers and whatnot. Now, when I have my 5-man multi-boxing windows up, I am experiencing EXTREME latency. I never had any before.

I apologize I am not very computer savvy. I assume I may need to adjust my video settings for WoW Classic. Can anyone suggest how to adjust or point me to a link or good post?

Also attached a screenshot of everything in my control panel that was added/updated. Not certain if they added a program that is interfering?
