Fail to download isboxer toolkit

I'm an isboxer user in mainland china. Hope you can understand what I want to express because my english is not so good.
It will always pop out "Can not verify the publisher", when I try to download the isboxer toolkit from your website"www.isboxer.com"
I also choose to open the program instead of downloading it, it still says the downloaded file has been removed or something for some security reason.
It seems the installer file is blocked by the windows itself not any anti-virus software.
Hope u can help me or tell me anywhere else that can I download the isboxer.

You should just save the file to your hard drive, then double click it to run it. You will get a security message about opening the file (this is normal). You should just allow it. More info here.
