Hello anyone still following this thread.
I have just updated Innerspace to 1.16 Build 6587. Over the last couple of days my system no longer has the issues I reported earlier.
Whilst there has been a couple of Windows updates since I originally posted, those windows updates did not fix anything.
This innerspace update did.
Current Windows setup:
Windows 10 Pro, Version 1903, OS build: 18362.388
