what is this

i was away from wow for a couple days and i just came back today and find this in the middle of my screen and i am not sure what it is.

That would appear to be what we call a User Interface Element, or a dialogue box or a Window. There may be some other names for it too.

I couldn't tell you where it comes from, but I can tell you it wont be ISBoxer.
