ISBoxer Hotbar empty & Interrupt Rotation Help in WOW

Hey guys I just got Isboxer.. I have a question.. I'm running Elvui and for some reason my Custom Hotbar that comes with Isboxer doesn't display any of my spells? How do i drag the spells onto the Isboxer hotbar.. I see the bars but they are all empty? Any ideas?

Another question.. If i'm dual boxing in WOW>. and I want to interrupt an ememy player's spellcast with my main character.. and like 1-2 seconds later with my Slave/Alt. How do i go about making it so that Both interrupts dont fire off at the same time? TY guys.. Sorry to bother u btw.. I'm not the fastest of learners here

The ISBoxer hotbar, is a clickable overlay that you place over your in game action bars. You don't drag game items to it because it has no ability to interface with the game itself, except the ability to send keystrokes to the game.
