Follow issue D3

Hi! I saw that someone is having the same issue as i am but didn't want to hijack his thread. I hope somebody can help me. I've been reading a lot on the forum and the quickstart guide but can't seem to fix the issue. So here goes... My follower follows but then it lags behind and goes some what off. So i have to switch to the other char and help it go to the door or portal. I know i probably didn't set something right. :) I know it have nothing to do with the movement speed since they have the same.

Part 4: Gameplay as a multiboxer
This Diablo 3 basic gameplay video by MiRai demonstrates how to get started actually playing!

At this point, congratulations you are already multiboxing! You have your characters in the game! You can go back and forth between the windows, and play each of them just as if you weren't using ISBoxer. You can stop following the guide and come back later if that's all you want for now.

The most important things you will want to learn how to do in order to enjoy your multiboxing experience are as follows:

How to move your characters together
How to attack the same thing together
How to heal your characters

In Diablo III, because the game has no Auto-Follow feature and requires Click-to-Move (or hold the mouse button to move), Mouse broadcasting is used to move your characters together. To enable broadcasting mode, press Shift+Alt+R (by default) or click the "A,A" icon; when this icon has green arrows, broadcasting is enabled. This method of movement poses similar problems in Diablo III as it would in any game without Auto-Follow -- the characters may drift apart or, during combat, it might be more of a sprint than a drift! This leads to the most popular question for Diablo 3 players...
How do I keep my characters in sync?

All we can do is try to mitigate the problem, using clever tricks

click and hold the mouse button to move around together. (instead of click, click, click, click, which might end up moving each guy differently)
hold space (force move) to move instead of clicking. It's the same thing, except that it won't interact with things like loot or mobs; this way all of your toons move instead of possibly one or two stopping and the others moving
bunch them together most easily by using walls, especially corners.
hold shift for combat, so your guys don't move around randomly
Note: If you're holding Shift and clicking and your characters are not standing still, you may have missed selecting Diablo 3 on the first page of the Quick Setup Wizard. To fix this behavior, enable "Make game believe it is foreground window" in your Character Set.
remember to have the same movement speed!

How do I re-sync my characters, when they have gotten out of sync?

The easiest way is to bunch them together using walls, especially corners!

There are other tricks that can be handy for specific situations:

The Quick Setup Wizard now includes "Hold to Control" hotkeys, which will allow you to easily control any specific window by holding a Hotkey
One simple method is to hold a Hotkey that sends Shift to your other window (or certain other windows, etc) as you move, and then let go again at just the right moment to make him move with you again. This way, the character in your active window may move and the others will remain still, but all will still attack or use other abilities.
You will need to be able to quickly click in each window for this and other reasons (loot, anyone?). One way of doing this is by lining up small, interactive views of all windows via Video FX in order to minimize the amount of time clicking in different windows by reducing the distance you need to move the mouse.
Another method is to temporarily disable broadcasting (e.g. via the Shift+Alt+R default hotkey, or by clicking the "A,A" icon) and run straight through your other character, then re-enable broadcasting at just the right moment to make him move with you again

If your FPS is largely different between each game client it cause them to de-sync. Also, why is 90% of your post a direct copy and paste from the Quick Start Guide? Am I missing something?
