Please Help: I can't run Inner Space

Hello,

First of All, my English ist not very good.

I Have following Problem.
I registerede and looged for the 7 Days trail period. Furthermore i have downloaded IS Boxer and Inner Space.

If i start Inner Space then (Administrator)

But Inner Space not yet running on my sysstem. In the taskbar, nothing is displayed (i have activated that there everything is displayed).
In Taskmanager i See not the Programm Innerspace.

I then located in a continuous Loop. Close the window ist not possible. If i press ok, then the same window come back.

I use Windows 8.1.

After PF reboot the same Problem.

Whitelist Inner Space and/or LavishCrashMobile.exe in your AV software.

bitdefender doesnt like the file either...

added it to the safe list and still get the same error as 77Muc77

I also bitdefender used. After I uninstalled bitdefender it went. Currently I am therefore without virus protection.

However, the IS Boxer is so complicated that I can not go any further now. I try it today, but probably I uninstall it again. This is probably just for PC specialists.

Then I can re-install my antivirus.

ive fixed it without uninstalling bitdefender...i disabled it, restarted my pc and then i could update IS
