can i switch monitor orientation with dual monitors?

so, i use dual monitors.

my setup is below/above... meaning my main monitor is on my desk, and my 2nd monitor is on a shelf above.

when i run the Window Layout Wizard, and use the "one screen per character" layout, the problem becomes this:

monitor 1 is on top, and monitor 2 is on bottom.

my question is: can i swap monitor 1 to the bottom, and monitor 2 to the top?

the problem is really that if i click on the lower screen, it swaps. i know i can turn off swapping, but i would rather have it active, and just reverse the orientation.

thanks anyone who can help.

Re: can i switch monitor orientation with dual monitors?

Yes,

The Window Layout Wizard will provide you various options about which monitor is the Active monitor in your layout.
You can even go into the Use Monitors collection on the side of the Wizard there, and set which is the Primary.
You could change the names if you really want to but it will make no difference.

You can also adjust your window layout manually after is it created. It will be under the Window Layouts node in ISBoxer. If you drag the black Region boxes around you can place them on any display you like.
