XML Error after system crash..

Was boxing in WoW when my system crashed corrupting my XML and my lastexported XML files. Innerspace still is able to launch my character sets and knows all the key maps even though I open isboxer and non of my saved info is there. Is this recoverable, or am I having to start from scratch?
