Trying to start up ISBoxer...it encounters an error

every time I try to open ISBoxer it "encountered an error and needs to close"

i have re-installed everything, all the dotNet and directX programs, as well as innerspace and ISBoxer

I am running Windows xp Pro 64

idk what to do..

please help me?

Innerspace launcher error code -22 also comes up when i tried to launch my team from the Innerspace system tray icon

Talked to Lax...even he has no idea how to fix this, is there anyone that can help me figure this out?
