Ingame ISBoxer GUI is too blurry to read

Just set up a new config on a laptop and noticed the ingame ISBoxer GUI (CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+G) is too blurry to read at all. This includes the messages "character slot 1 activated", "broadcast on", "broadcast off", etc.

What should I do to fix this?
