hi need help again every time I try to setup new character set. keep getting error

(see photo link below ) I remember lax telling me to delete input devices from innerspace folder

but this only works until I load up again then back to error

Yes, that is what is broken here and deleting it is the temporary workaround. Without a patch, the issue will come back after a number of times launching Inner Space.

Inner Space build 5996 corrects the issue with the input device causing your issue this time. This is currently the development build of Inner Space; to try it out, right click IS and select Patcher, check "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up.

After patching Inner Space to this build, close Inner Space and then delete InputDevices.XML to permanently resolve the issue with this device.
