Strange Key Behaviour

I use isboxer for Diablo 3. I had everything working well yesterday, including a whitelist for key broadcasting (under the default broadcasting section) so that when i'm chatting to someone stuff doesn't go too crazy when I forget to turn off broadcasting.
This morning I briefly tried using the chat mode toggle key, but decided against it. Now my keys are working very strangely:
My town portal bind (alt+mouse 5)is not being received correctly by the other clients. Somehow this gets fixed when I toggle chat mode on and off, even though I edited the chat mode toggle to not use any black or white lists.
At one point my force move (x) was not being broadcast. A restart seemed to fix this.
My whitelist is clearly not in effect, as Enter is being broadcast.
I noticed that the default control panel shortcut Ctrl-Alt-Shift-G does not bring up the control panel anymore.

The only other thing I think I changed this morning was first changing a round robin keybind on Alt-D to just D, then deleting it.

Can someone more knowledgeable take a look at my configuration for me and give me some guidance?

Thanks

Same as Can't open in-game ISBoxer Control Panel after today's patch
Close Inner Space, re-launch Inner Space to let it patch up. There was a bad build on the server for a few minutes, and you've got it. :)
