how to turn off boardcasting?

i know i can turn off it by hotkey ,
but i wanna it disable by default
each time i open the games it's work on
and i should turn it off
or i make mistake to turn on but i didn't know
so i sell the item in other windows
colud i "DISABLE it " by default?
