Key Map Help

I am trying to get key modifiers to pass to all clients, is there an option that I need to select to be able to do this?

if what you're saying is that you want to (for example) map M and have it automatically also send whatever modifiers you're holding with it, like press Shift+M and it sends Shift+M... then you either need to add separate mappings for each combination of modifiers, or use Repeater instead. You can use "Many new Mapped Keys" instead of "New Mapped Key" to create all of the combos you need at the same time, this will let you press all the combos in an auto-detection box to add them.
