Friend code didnt give extra time

I used a friend code when I just made the purchase for Fenril I thought I added it correctly but after purchase It didn't show up just showed 90 days remaining.

You don't use a friend code when you make a purchase, you enter a friend code when you register your account. You didn't enter one when you registered your account, so no extra time was meant to apply when you made your first payment

Is there a way to fix it? I wasn't sure how to set it up. I wanted Fenril applied to it.

I can credit Fenril for the referral, but I can't credit your account because this is after-the-fact.

This is the same policy that I have to apply to everyone in this situation, because say I credit you, now everyone else wants to come and say "hey I already paid but can you give me free time because I wanted to add _________ as my referrer". Sorry!
