auto strobe off/on

Anytime I try to eat food in wow only the master eats because the rest sit for a moment and then stand back up. I have the auto follow option in isboxer set to /follow/jambastrobe/jambamaster. Just came back to wow after a year. I remember having to hit hotkey to turn strobe on/off...thought it was like shift-alt-f but its not doing anything and I can't seem to find a way to turn it off so I can eat. Also tried /Jamba-follow strobe off all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, another issue, I can not get rid of the green click bar when I first start up. Tried to hide in the control panel, tried to go to the click bars in the char sets in the toolkit, no click bars in there but the main one still shows up each time I start so I have to pull up the panel and x out of it.

It's not set up by default, but you can expand your Non-Combat Key Map and set a Hotkey for it.
