Hi I just signed up for the 7 day trial , downloaded the ISBoxer with Inner space, the Inner Space patcher starts and appears to patch but inner space doesn't start at the end of the patch sequence the patcher bar closes and inner space doesn't start. The patch cycle lasts about 10 minutes (if that helps). My OS is Win7 64bit. tried a couple of times nothing happens. AV is turned off.
Re: Iner Space setup Issue
Do you have User Account Control set to "Never notify" in Windows? You might have to right click IS and select Run as Administrator.
After the download, it should close Inner Space and run the separate patcher program. This should take just a second or two, and then it should re-launch Inner Space. If all else fails, you can go to https://www.lavishsoft.com/innerspace/archives and download the top-most version in the archives, and extract the files over your existing Inner Space install. (Note that the instructions on the page tell you to disable auto-patching in order to keep this version; you don't need to do that)

Re: Iner Space setup Issue
Hi sorry been away fr christmas and just coming back to it now given it a few more goes running inner space as admin.
inner space closes and the patcher program opens it gets to _IS-Kernel.dll (after quite some time) then closes and nothing else happens.
I tried the archive download but when i extract the files to my existing inner space install i get an error
"can not delete output file C:\Program Files (x86)\Inner-Space\Inner-Space.exe"
followed by a series of
"can not open output file C:\Program Files (x86)\Inner-Space\Inner-Space.dll"
there are a series of .dll failures following that.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Then that means there is a remnant of Inner Space running on your computer still. Go into your Task Manager and shut it down.
Re: Iner Space setup Issue
Nothing running that I can see, and I rebooted to be sure. Still the same errors.

If you're opening the file with a special program, like WinZip or WinRar, you may need to run it as Administrator for it to be able to write to the Program Files folder
