Melee IWT causes lock up

Well I almost have this setup except for 2 problems....

1st - When I go to login (I have 2 accounts on 2 monitors on 1 PC) I turn off Keymaps and turn on Repeater. Then enter my password (and it shows up on both screens) and then I tab to the Authorization box and enter my Authorization number and it shows up on both screens like it should. But then the 2nd account always says I entered my info wrong (like if you typed in the wrong password). And I have to re enter the password and authorization to login. I have a punctuation mark in my password, would that cause this problem?

2nd and much harder to figure out is my Melee IWT on my DPS button 1 causes Warcraft to lock up solid. I tried to follow Ualaa's guide to set up Melee IWT but I probably screwed it up. I linked my setup and am hoping someone can take a look at it and tell me where I messed it up at please.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Re: Melee IWT causes lock up

1. It sounds like it might be a quirk with the authenticator, actually. If your WoW accounts are on the same battle.net account, you need a different authenticator code for each window (meaning that you necessarily have to wait for the next code and there's no way around it). You can use separate battle.net accounts instead, and then it will work to log into all of them at the same time with the same authenticator code.

2. You broke the Interact with Target mapped key. In Step 2, you added a Do Mapped Key Action, which performs the Interact with Target mapped key. It's doing itself, resulting in an infinite loop. Delete the Action you added to Step 2. Then in Step 1, delete the "Do INTERACTTARGET " Action, and add a Keystroke Action to send your in-game IWT key (configured in the in-game Key Bindings panel) to all windows.

But, this isn't going to accomplish any melee-specific IWT. After making the above changes, delete your existing Melee IWT key, make a copy of the Interact with Target mapped key, and name it Melee IWT. Then in Step 1 of the new Melee IWT key, change the "Do Click to Move On" to have its Target set to "Group (others in):Melee". You may need to fix your Step 2 of "DPS 1" with the new Melee IWT action after doing so.

That should do it.

Re: Melee IWT causes lock up

Thanks for the fix Lax...worked like a champ. Loops are deadly huh? Sheesh

And yes both accounts are on the same Blizz.net account, so I guess I will just have to login manually...sigh!

I am just learning how to operate all the new keymaps, this software does so much it has a rather steep learning curve, so please forgive my noob questions. But I am hoping you can answer a couple of more questions concerning this thread.

1. I am having trouble getting my 2nd char to melee. It will target properly but it won't move to the target to hit it. I have included my new config in this post, and you will see that I have included CTM into my IWT keymap. I assigned Shift - J to IWT and have checked Click to move in WoW (double checked it). Char just stands there with it's weapon out but not close enough to swing. I am sure it's something I am doing wrong. Right now I am just backing up my Main char so the target is in range of my 2nd char. I am sure after watching Torva's vid that this is not the proper behavior I am looking for. And as far as that goes, how do you get another char to loot without switching to that char using IWT? I am going to add a step to turn off Jamba Auto Follow Strobe to my IWT. Is that whats wrong? The 2nd char won't break follow to IWT?

Again thanks for the help and the great software.
