I Turned Off CPU Throttling Information

I checked the "Never show this message" box. Now I want it back. How do I turn it back on?

Restart ISBoxer and re-export your settings to Inner Space.

I do that every time I make a change, but it doesn't re-enable the "CPU Throttling Information" dialog when I start up ISBoxer. Do I misunderstand your instructions? I'm talking about the dialog shown at the top of this page: http://isboxer.com/wiki/HOWTO:Disable_C ... in_Windows
I've selected "Never show this message," but I changed my mind.
