ISBoxer Toolkit System.Net.WebException

I get this message when I load the isboxer toolkit. Thats just a portion of the error message but another post on the forum, under the exact same name, posted the full message.

I read the forums and checked the Faq's, from what I could find i guess im supposed to request that my vendor update my SSL certificate.
