Keymapping not working

I am not sure if this has anything to do with the upgrade isboxer had a couple of days ago, but it seems that ever since it happened isboxer keymapping has not been working at all, none of the key commands are being transfered to the other window. When I hit shift-alt-m, the little graphic changes, but text is only shown on the active window "keymapping ON/OFF". If I do broardcast it works, but of cource that will be impossible to use in the long run. I see there are now a number of green boxes on the screens, which I didn't have before. All configurations on all games seems to be effected.

Regarding the green boxes, it might be a good idea to pay attention when you run the Quick Setup Wizard, and when you launch your new team for the first time it might be a good idea to read the message about the green boxes before clicking the X.
