no auto config anymore?

I am new to the program but I have setup 3 teams about 2 weeks ago. I just followed the wizard and when I joined game with my characters they would automatically follow and assist. I just tried to setup a new team and that is no longer the case I am force to use a hotkey in order to get them to follow and then they don't assist. Am I missing something in the setup? I know it changed since I set up my last team. I just want the very minimal simple setup or some help please

The "Follow when I switch characters" option is no longer presented to you during the Quick Setup Wizard. If you want that behavior, then you can manually configure it through your Character Set:
1. In the top left pane under Character Sets, select yours
2. In the bottom left pane under Slots, select each Slot number (1, 2, 3, etc)
3. In the bottom right pane in the Switching tab is a "Do this Mapped Key" option which for WoW is configured to Key Map = "Always On" and Mapped Key = "JambaMaster". What you're asking for is had by changing the Mapped Key to "JambaMaster/Follow", so change that
4. Repeat 2-3 for all of your Slots
5. Export to Inner Space

ISBoxer 40 used to use a Key Map called "FTL DPS Keys" just for WoW. Now it uses "Combat" like ISBoxer has for every other game. Additionally, the 1 through = Hotkeys now are configured on the Standard Menu by default, instead of in a Key Map (this is an option in the Quick Setup Wizard).

Worst case, just go to File, select Clear, clear out your whole config when it asks, and then use the Quick Setup Wizard again. Auto-assist is built in by default, just like before, the only difference being that it is implemented by the Standard Menu instead of the invisible "FTL DPS Keys" Key Map. If you don't want the visible Menu, select the option you want on the last page of the wizard, where it says "Standard MMO - Combat - Broadcasting of 1 through =". That's what Auto-assists that you're asking about.

thanks that fixed it. seems silly to removed those default options and the simplicity it had before where someone like me who just wants the simple functions doesn't have to put forth any effort besides clicking next

Auto-follow on character switch was not default, because there are plenty of known issues with using that setting and now we have to do less technical support for the simple fact that this option is no longer there. You had to have checked the box (putting forth the effort of reading and checking the box) before clicking Next. The default now is the same as the default before... Sorry for the inconvenience to you though!

Auto-assist was default, and still is default.
