duelbox wow, one diablo

hey everyone i have wow set up just fine for my needs my problem is i want to use inner-space to have a small d3 window running too but not get >anything< sent to it, currently i have 2 monitor setup, active region on main screen and 2 1/4 regions on second lcd set as homes for my 2 wows and a very small region for d3 that i use to AH items
every time i load it all d3 gets input from me playing wow and messes up a lot
I'm at a lose and have no real experience with this
