[WoW] mouseover IWT help?

Can someone please tell me how to make a mouseover iwt ...something...Im not sure how people go about doing it usually. I want my slaves to be able to IWT for quest items or ore/herbs without having to change my window.

I don't use this feature...

But I would assume, you set a keybind in warcraft.
And make a mapped key, that uses a mouse thumb button as the hot key and sends your warcraft keybind as the output.
You get better results on binding an action to a keybind in game.

Probably activate mouse broadcasting.
View the slave window (either picture in picture, or via a Video Feed).
Position the mouse and click the hot key.
