Changing default Broadcast toggle

I'm sure there is an option to change the default shift-alt-R broadcast toggle to something else, but for the life of me I can't find it. Can you direct me to it?

1. In the top left pane under Key Maps select "Always On" (for WoW players it's called "Control")
2. In the bottom left pane under Mapped Keys select "Activate Repeat (Shift+Alt+R)"
3. In the bottom right pane at the top where it says Hotkey, click the < to change the Hotkey
4. Set it to your desired Hotkey
5. Export to Inner Space
