New to isboxer

I just installed my isboxer. I read some of the wiki and watch the video for quick wizard and etc.

The game I am boxing is world of warcraft.

I am using only 2 accounts.

My actionbar 1-10 is not working and my general hotkeys are not working(like Alt-F)
