Running multiple game windows as "One ISboxer window"

Basically I alt+tab a lot, and I'd like to run my 3x EVE-Online windows as 1x Isboxer window so I can easily swap in and out between my browser and my game window. Anyone know if this is possible?

AFAIK this is not possible. However, for each Slot in a Character Set you can set a Hotkey to switch to that character and that Hotkey can be global, i.e. it will work if you browser has the focus. See Common Modifications: Per Window Hotkeys. That will get you part of the way there.
