FPS Drop on good computer

Now I am sure that this question has been asked before and I am sure it will be asked again but here it is none the less, why is my game losing so many frames? Here are my computer specs

Core i7 3930k CPU
16GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair H100 self contained liquid cooler
GTX 680 GPU
and an awesome mobo to boot

I am trying to multibox 5 Panda Shamans but am losing alot of frames to the point where it is nearly unplayable (20ish), my power settings are set to make the cpu run at 100%. If anyone has any ideas I am here to test them. Any additional info needed just ask

Yes, this gets asked a lot. Without any details of what in-game resolution or quality settings you are using it is hard to provide concrete suggestions. You won't be able to run 5 game instances on Ultra for example.
