Need help Logitech G15 Edit input Device

Hi all. I think what I am trying to do is assign hotkeys to my keymappings. In order to do this, I would have to select the G15 as the input device, right? When I try to do this, the edit input device menu will not let me select the keyboard's keys nor will it let me save. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think you should be able to achieve what you want without using the Inner Space Input Device Editor.
