Diablo 2 isboxer?

Hi I was trying to use isboxer with D2, and everytime I load my char set the game crashes giving me error message "unhandled exception c0000005"
Ofc I only have this problem when I use the ISboxer program, and not when I load D2 by itself.
Is this game completely incompatible with D2, or am I missing something?

Can you get IS Boxer to launch one instance/copy of this game?

I tried loading a character set with one character, and it crashes.
Also I tried from the IS right click menu to load my Diablo 2 profile and it does the exact same thing.
Is this what you are refering to?

Yeah, unfortunately.

You'll need Lax to do something most likely.
If IS will launch one copy of the game, it is likely a small tweak can be the fix.
Not launching at all, is a bit more than that.

My trial membership is about to expire this thursday,
anyone have any thoughts before I give up on this?

I would have to find my D2 install discs and that's a lot of effort for such an old game. Diablo 3 on the other hand...
