I need help please!!!

I'm a long time EQ player who recently came back to play on a live server. I am 3 boxing mages and wanted to try ISboxer. I've long heard about its usefulness so I decided to give it a try. I downloaded ISboxer and followed all the steps provided. Keep in mind, I'm not great at troubleshooting nor am I very computer savvy. After doing the quick setups and following the steps, I get in game and the very first thing I'm told to do (ctl+alt+shift+g) doesn't work. I've tried it 100 times and nothing happens. I tried messing with some settings, but nothing. It's definitely loaded because the EQ windows show that it's running, but nothing is happening. Can anyone give me a guideline on where to start or show me a step by step guide that will point me in the right direction? Thank you
