Inner Space unrecoverable problem

I have a problem with Inner Space.
Today I wanted to try ISBoxer on my second computer, my configuration works well,
but when I try to start my Character Set on the second computer I get this error (picture is attached).
This error comes too when I try to start only the set on my second.
Dont know what to do... its really strange...
