Number keys broadcast when Broadcast is disabled

I am sure there's a setting for this, but my fiddling hasn't resolved it.

When I turn off broadcasting to just control the focused window, my number presses, both on the keyboard and on my Razer Naga still broadcast to all windows. What setting governs this?

I appreciate the help in getting this sorted out. Thanks!

There are Key Maps and Broadcasting. Both options Broadcast keys.

Broadcasting is a general purpose 1 to 1 broadcasting. Key Maps (or Mapped Keys) are for specific keys to to perform specific actions (because a lot of the time you don't want to broadcast ALL keys, just a subset - and sometimes you don't want them to do a 1 to 1 broadcast, but rather do some more advanced things).

In the default config, the number keys are configured in Key Maps (Mapped Keys) to broadcast to all clients. If you don't want them too, you turn off Key Maps using the toggle for this (the overlay buttons in the top left or the default hotkey of SHIFT+ALT+M).

Thank you so much. That was driving me bonkers. I hadn't boxed for a bit and feel like I used to know that! :D
