broadcasting buttons are disappear

Hi, I have made a new char set for the new server, but broadcasting buttons are disappear. For my old characters sets they are working fine. Please point me were I can take these buttons back.

Either:

A) Your new Character Set does not have the "Toggles" Menu attached to it.
B) You're using a different API for this particular Character Set, which, for some reason, isn't rendering the buttons.
