I just bought 3 months access to isboxer but i am not getting my 'new device activation key', is there always a delay with this, I have been waiting an hour so far.

Ok, so i tried to go to the lavish authenticator page and scanned the code, typed it in and still nothing 'authentication failed'

In order to use an authenticator, you need to receive an email to activate the authenticator. If you cannot receive the email to get a device activation key, then you wont be able to receive the email needed to setup the authenticator.

Emails are not delayed. They are sent within a few seconds of you clicking the button. They might be blocked by some email hosts.

Hotmail is the current annoyance as it is filtering the emails from the end users, but tells us they were successfully delivered.
