Slot 2 character's follow button and other buttons messed up

I'm kind of bad at explaining things so I'll do my best.

I am running 3 characters at a time, to easily name them I will call my characters A (Slot 1), B (Slot 2), and C (Slot 3).

My follow button is Alt + F, and my follow button has issues only on B. A and C are working fine.

If I'm controlling B, and I press Alt F to have A and C follow B, C will just follow A and A doesn't do anything.

If I'm controlling A or C and pressing Alt F, they all react normally, including the problematic character.

It's just becoming a hassle trying to quest especially when I need to collect things individually of the ground and I need to use B.

Another issue B is having is my other characters just wont react to my spells that are bound 1 - =, when I try to cast spells they would typically all cast the same spells, but they just stand there, it's as if all my actions are unmapped on B, but everything is fine on my others.

Anyone have suggestion? I've uninstalled ISBoxer and deleted my WTF folder just in case.

Here are my settings just in case, and thank you in advance.

Forgot to mention, I've changed the character that's in Slot 2 before, it doesn't seem like the issue is the character bound to my 2nd slot, it's just Slot 2 has problems no matter the character/account bound to it.

Yes. Blizzard broke the optional mods in macros.
