[WoW] Lag response to mouse?

So i used isboxer many times before, i have gotten it again because its such a great program, the issue im having is when i move with WASD it does not lag at all but when i move with the Mouse it lags like crazy, other then that it works perfectly. i checked all my settings even my mouse settings for broadcasting ect nothing is out of my usual settings.

the second i turn with my mouse or move it alot just to test it the main screen starts to lag. everything else works fine (not sure if this is the right spot for this)

The answer is going to somewhat depend on what game you're playing and what type of game it is. If you're playing a 2D game (e.g. Diablo 3), then there shouldn't be an issue, but if you're playing a 3D game (e.g World of Warcraft), then there could be many factors involved, which is generally why multiboxers don't repeat the mouse and keyboard, at all times, while attempting to move around in the 3D game world.
