Cannot login Wow (Solved)

Hi, I have created a ISBoxer setup, with two chars on different accounts. However, i cannot login.
It is identical to this problem:

so it is a blizzard problem. However, i have not been able to solve it.

(In short, you can no longer use Wow.exe directly to login, one has to use the launcher.)

You need to use wowclassic.exe for Wow Classic. This may not be your issue, but the post you've pointed at was from a guy having trouble with WoW Classic.

As for using wow.exe for retail. Works fine for many other people.

Thanx for your reply. I'm not using classic. The error shows up for me in both classic and normal. I know it works for all of you, because I have searched the forum and found no similar problem. However, in a day I must choose to pay for this, and at the moment ISBoxer just does not work for me due to this problem.

You can change the characters in ISBoxer to load up the World of Warcraft Launcher, instead of the client option.

Changes the log in process slightly, ie. it will load battle.net, and you will need to ensure that the in game settings are using the correct DirectX api as this will no longer be forced via whatever command line option was being used.

I had tried this before, but not completely. I found this tutorial

and that helped me.

Not a very smooth login procedure, as i still have to manually select the sub-accounts and characters, but this seems to work.
Still the question for me remains why you all can use wow.exe, and I cannot.
