Help w/ Lag in only 1 window

This isn't a simple performance issues.

It would have been if you were trying to run SSAA 4x across multiple game clients on a single 390. I don't doubt that AMD Raptr is also causing you issues (I was under the assumption you had already uninstalled it), but if you're still experiencing issues after this then you need to post a log of your hardware being monitored like the tweak your framerate wiki page outlines.

Have had no lag issues all day after the Rapt uninstall. I reverted the SSAA 4x on all my clients and have upped the graphics on all the clients a little bit and I am purring like a kitten.
