auto-follow breaking question.

I recently purchased the product and I'm loving what I can do with it so far. The only real problem I have ran into (probably due to my lack of knowledge) is then I am 2-boxing I have my secondary character set on auto follow. When I click the button to begin broadcasting if I hit any of my movement keys it breaks the auto follow as it begins making the 2nd char start running independently. Is there a way to have it set to not broadcast the movement keys? I would like to have the character on auto follow but be able to still use the hotkeys without having to toggle on and off every 5 seconds when we get within mob range.

I am playing the game on Eq2. I loaded the preset hotkey configuration through the wizard and have made no manual changes to it.
