A couple of small feature requests

ISBoxer is a great product, don't get me wrong. But after using it for a bit I see a couple of things which I think would improve my experience.

1. Copy/Cut/Paste keys bindable to their traditional Ctrl-C etc. Maybe I miss them more because I'm still in the stage of setting things up. Also if something is selected, it would be great if a paste inserted the new item next to it.

2. Related to #1... I have a lot of key maps. Many of them are related, and it would be great if there was some way to collapse them together. I'm running up/down this long column of keymaps, and would love to be able to work locally on the config.

Just things for the wish list. Please think about them.

Re: A couple of small feature requests

You are possibly not in the beta group ( you can apply via the forums "user control panel"), so wouldn't have seen the very same request from Firescue17).

But, yes, if it worked kinda the same way as Windows Explorer, so a CTRL+C, then CTRL+V without changing selection, worked out for itself, that you wanted to copy the current context, and then paste it to the current context's parent, it would be super (there are a couple of variations on this, but it is essentially "can I paste here?, no what about the parent context? yes/no, if yes, add "Copy of" to the beginning). Then on the other hand, in ISBoxer2 , the UI is somewhat different.

You'll need to expand upon your 2nd item. I don't understand what you mean by "collapse together". Currently you can collapse all of them by clicking on the [-] next to the Key Maps node in the upper left. Is there a similar function in another application (like Windows Explorer) that showcases the behaviour you mean?

Re: A couple of small feature requests

The [-] next to Key Maps collapses all of the keymaps. I think it would be great to be able to collapse a subset of the keymaps. All of the spellsets, all of the characters etc. To do this we would need some way to group key maps together, and then allow us to collapse the group separately.

I notice this much more now, since I'm adding a second character set to my config. The list of keymaps is getting quite large.
