"Saved as" now lost track of default file

I "saved as" xml my config to a thumb drive this morning so I could do some maintenance on my laptop at work

Now I am back home and when I open the toolkit it wants the file that I saved as. I can open the now newer file fine but I want to save the config to Innerspace's default file(s). Problem is I dont know what file to save to.

Would someone mind telling me what file to save as and maybe advise how to not make this mistake again please?
